Production Technician I Summary/Objective The Production Operator is responsible for performing manufacturing work on different MedMen Manufacturing Product lines within the facility in a labor-intensive environment. The Production Operator sets-up processes and equipment, assembles and packages finished goods, food and other consumable products. The Production Operator I is certified to set-up, operate, tend to/monitor, maintain and clean up to (4) processes, machines and/or equipment in the packaging area and one manufacturing area. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for dayshift and 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for second shift. Overtime and weekend work is usually expected. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience
