Area Sales Manager, Orlando

An Area sales manager is responsible for generating referrals to MUV dispensaries,a vertically integrated medical cannabis company, in the Orlando area by way of physician referrals and community outreach. This job requires excellent communication skills, relationship building techniques, creativity and a willingness to work in a fast paced high activity role. Must be willing to travel and live in the Orlando area. Some weekends required for events. A bachelors degree and previous corporate sales experience preferred.

Daily expectations-

-Set a minimum of 5 appointments a day.

-See a minimum of 4 recommending physicians a day.

-Document all activity on Salesforce daily.

Quarterly expectations-

-Provide quarterly business plan to both the Director of sales as well as the Director of commercial operations

-Be prepared to discuss your previous quarters activities and the patient counts that came as a direct result of the previous quarters work.

Annual expectations-

-Provide an annual business plan to both The Director of Sales and the Director of Commercial operations

KPI’s include:

  • Number of qualified presentations to doctors
  • Growth of number of doctor referrals to dispensaries
  • Growth of number of patients from doctor referrals
  • Sales revenue from patients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $76,000.00 /year
