Office Manger with A/P Experience, Hanover

We are looking for an Office Manager to provide support to our Corporate team in Norwell, MA.  In addition to providing support to the Corporate Team and processing local invoicing, you will maintain Curaleaf’s office services by organizing office operations and procedures; welcoming guests to our office, assisting with interview scheduling and candidate interactions, designing filing systems; coordinating luncheons and other additional activities as needed. Ultimately, the Office Manager will be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve Curaleaf’s procedures and day-to-day operation.


  • Managing the President’s calendar and emails
  • Prepare documents and spreadsheets for multiple departments
  • Accounts Payable/Receivables
  • Manage databases
  • Organizing meetings, company events and conferences
  • Order and keep inventory of office supplies
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Using a range of software packages (email tools, spreadsheets and databases)
  • Assisting the Human Resources department with coordinating interview schedules and phone screens, interact with candidates coming for in person interviews
  • Answering the main phone line and directing calls
  • Controlling all mail and correspondence 
  • Managing printers


  • Experience as an administrative assistant and supporting a mutli-unit team
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at creative problem solving
