Something that really helped me throughout my journey was to look at pictures of women who inspired me, says Isabelle Audette, 20, of Montreal, Canada. I would scroll through images of fitness models, saying to myself, one day, Ill have the body she has. It worked: she went from 224 to 124 pounds in 10 months. Everybody is unique and were all shaped differently, but this is what kept me going every morning.
