Brand Associate, Titusville

Job Brief: We are looking for a Brand Associate to help us increase our sales revenues, maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area, and spread awareness of the Curaleaf brand in the community. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. The Brand Associate will work closely with management to ensure goals are set and met. This position will require brand exposure through company-approved social media channels.

  • Maintaining and developing physician relationship
  • Meeting set sales targets to increase revenue
  • Organize and analyze market research
  • Promote brand awareness within the community
  • Submit required reports and or assignments as required
  • Responsible for analyzing and maintaining promotional and event budgets
  • Work closely with in-dispensary staff for events and traffic-driving promotions
  • Finding ways to ensure the efficiency of marketing initiatives
  • Promote the brand through company-approved social media platforms
  • Set up and break down of community and industry events
  • Represent brand using Professional Business Attire and presentation at all events/meetings
  • Effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Meet with patients and potential patients to educate, address concerns, provide brand and product information
  • Discover local marketing opportunities for the brand
  • Present products and services to prospective patients and physicians
  • Participate in industry or community events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate patient relationships and promote brand exposure
  • Assess sales performance
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Director of Marketing and Regional Brand Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements

  • Experience in sales & marketing is preferred
  • Social media and computer savvy
  • Ability to create and curate social media content
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to effectively implement sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Ability to be productive independently as well as in team setting
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and carry at least 20lbs object
  • Physical ability to drive for prolonged periods of time
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Travel within the state of Florida, 50-75% (local region)
  • Must reside in Brevard County

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within sales or marketing. Work experience may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.

Working Environment:

This position will be required travel within the designated region to meet with Physicians, visit the dispensaries as well as attend patient-focused events and community events. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Travel is required.
