This Simple Tomato Salad Will Become Your Favourite Summer Side Dish

Tomato & Parsley Salad
Servings4 servings (as a side dish)

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, gently toss together the parsley, red onion, lemon juice, and salt.

  2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Using a 
small spoon, scoop out small pieces of the avocado 
into the bowl.

  3. Add the tomatoes, gently toss, and serve right away.
